Prices, Terms and Conditions of your stay at Casa Carotondo

Prices include:

All prices are inclusive of hot water, central heating, electricity, gas, bed-linen, towels and the final cleaning of the apartment.

We also place cleaning materials, washing up liquid, washing up sponges and drying cloths in the apartment as well as soap and toilet paper.

Bed-linen and towels will be changed every seven days.

Please bring your own beach towels.

A welcome box of food is not included in the price but can be purchased by arrangement.

Booking Procedure:

Once you have advised us you would like to book, we will reserve the dates for you for up to 7 days. Payment can be made in Euros or Sterling via bank transfer or via Paypal. Payments via Paypal will attract an additional 2% charge. A deposit of 25% has to be received by us before a booking is secured. If payment has not been received within 7 days we will make the dates generally available again. Final payment should be made 4 weeks before arrival. We will send you a reminder at the appropriate time.

Any bookings for less than one week will be calculated on a pro rata basis of the weekly rate.

Returnees will be granted a 10% reduction in prices.

Cancellation:

Cancellation by you of your booking eight weeks or less before your arrival date will result in a loss of the deposit. If we manage to let the apartment out to another party we will return your deposit minus any monies used to re-advertise it. We strongly advise you to purchase a travel insurance to cover any possible cancellation expenses.

Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments at any time. If you smoke outside the apartment please dispose of ash and cigarette butts responsibly.

Pets :

If you wish to bring your pet with you please contact us first.

Arrivals and Departures:

Guests should arrive after 4pm and leave by 11am unless by prior arrangement.

Good Housekeeping:

We do not currently ask for a security deposit and hope we do not have to change this policy. However we would ask you to hand back the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order. Please let us know about breakages or damage to the apartment as soon as possible so that we can put things right.

Disclaimer:

The owners or their insurers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the guest(s) while on, or in any way connected with the property, so please take out holiday insurance. No liability will be accepted for any loss, damage, expense, injury or inconvenience by reason of any defects in the structure of the property, plumbing, electrical systems, gas, water or failures in the supply of utilities. The accommodation is only for the use of the number of persons specified when the booking the apartment.

There are some steep areas of ground around Casa Carotondo. Young children should, therefore, be supervised at all times.
